Leslie Langée is a talented filmmaker and a dear friend of mine. Her recent short film entitled "Perish" is in post-production right now and although I don't really have much to do with this film, my son Max did. He was one of the primary actors in the film which just happened to be his first on-camera acting experience (that's him on the left).
In addition to being an on-set parent, I also happened to be at the right place at the right time and captured this glorious photograph very early on a Sunday morning during the last day of shooting. This picture, which I took on my iPhone, will be used to make a promotional postcard for the film. It was one of the single most glorious sights I've ever seen. The picture does a pretty good capturing it, but it was nothing like actually being there on that hill watching the sunrise behind a storm off in the distance.
So proud of Max for his amazing work and I'm very excited to see the film!
